This apartment is a 730 sq. ft. one bedroom, one bathroom condominium unit with a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, dining area, large living room, and a patio-type balcony.

Master bedroom, which includes a king size pillow top bed, has separate access to the bathroom with a walk-in closet. Dining area provides sitting for up to six guests.
