Property manager was nice and welcoming. Room layout was great, however it was really dirty. My white socks were filthy after a few hours of walking on the floors in our room. Bed was horrible to sleep on. Run down furniture with cigarette burns. Place was supposedly remodeled in 2022. I didn't see that in our room at all. No ice machine or any other amenities besides the pool on the premises either. Won't be back.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the first morning we were there they were doing construction on the pool right outside of our bedroon window at 7am!! We were told we were going to receive a 30% discount and have not received this yet. The hotel manager was very nice andaccommodating.

Was wonderful we stayed 3 nights it was close to everything so we just walked everywhere. Frank was a huge help. Pool was very nice and heated. Rooms are most the way remodeled. Will be staying there again.

No heat and it was very cold The pool and common areas were under construction with unsafe conditions everywhere. A 2 days refund was made and authorized by the management that did not happen. then they tried to charge more on my card on record that I froze it was my worst experience ever in 50 plus years.

Frank, the on-site manager, was kind, friendly and helpful. Despite the age of the building, Frank did a great job keeping the place clean. The bed was comfortable. And the kitchen was completely stocked. Being an older building, the climate control leaves much to be desired. Plus the room could’ve had more furnishings. There is a pool just outside your door. The beach one block away. Parking was free too.

I’m only giving this place two stars because of Frank the man running the place, but the owner really needs to invest in some updates and a good cleaning staff. In our kitchen hanging over the table was a picture that was covered in mold. The bed was comfortable in our room was nice and clean. We had the room on the right side when you walk in bottom floor. The only reason I would stay here again is because of Frank oh, and there’s also free laundry facility.

I needed a room on the first level due to having a prosthesis and Frank, the manager, accommodated me right away. Frank made sure the room was cleaned and had new linens. He was very helpful and asked if I needed help carrying bags or anything else. Would recommend for no frills stay, located 1 block from the beach. There was still some renovations going on but not a big deal for me.
