My friend from the DC area visited me in Florida to escape from the cold and experience some of our precious sunshine. I was very fortunate to work through VRBO and end up in this beautiful condo on the beach. We could eat breakfast and watch the sunset on the patio which was literally on the beach. The condo was immaculate and furnished with everything you possibly need. The host was personable and very helpful. I would stay here again and again. Thank you for a great weekend.

Communication was lacking for check-in and check-out. Prime location to the beach but good restaurants were 20 minutes away in down town St. Pete’s. Other vrbo’s typically have a binder available to the guest for local attractions/ restaurant suggestions.

Fun in the sun!

We had a lovely time at this property! The beds were comfortable, nice furniture and appliances. The location was wonderful! The property opens up directly on the beach where you could rent umbrellas and chairs. The pool and bar were open but still under construction from the hurricanes-we were happy to just be at the beach. We used the free Busch Gardens pass which was a nice amenity. All in all a great stay!

We were so happy with our stay. The condo had everything we needed. Everything was clean including the community areas. We loved the pool, hot tub, and easy access to the beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass was a big plus. We had a phone number to text the management company with questions and they responded right away. We would definitely choose to stay again.

Easiest stay ever!

Everything from booking to checking out was done without any issues. Place was as described , and the grounds of the condo are beautiful. Parking was easy, loved having our own designated spot and having it covered. Communication was perfect and always letting me know what the next step was without me asking. I didn’t have any issues and never had to contact anyone even though all the contact info was provided. Great stay and we will return!
