Beautiful Hotel. Nice views and very clean room. Amazing front desk customer service, and also amazing treatment from the people serving the breakfast. Breakfast is included and they have a good variety. Roof top bar is one of the best things to check out when visiting (awesome 360 view), great food and drinks too. I will be back for sure!!

Best for breakfast, decent rooms, great location to Fort De Soto. Front desk couldn’t accommodate our request for higher floor even though hotel wasn’t that busy. Staff seems to not care about Marriott Bonvoy members or in general to help customers out but kitchen staff is great and super helpful.

Nice hotel, good location if you want to stay in Tierra Verde and close to Fort De Soto park or st Pete beach! Or if you want to park your boat for overnight stay!

Check in: efficient, but should have been informed about elevator usage (employee had slight attitude when we returned to front desk to inquire) She should also have informed us, when I asked about pool hours, that there is a much larger, marina pool, with DIFFERENT hours, that we can use, but requires a wristband. Lobby smelled and looked clean Room 308 was clean, bed not as soft as I recalled, pillows were very small, bathroom sink very poor water pressure, shower takes approx 2-3 min for hot water, but is then nice and hot with good water pressure. Toilet runs and needs attention Hallway noise- unacceptable. Thicker doors with soundproofing are required. We do not recall this problem, previously, with doors closing and normal to above normal hallway conversations (as we attempted to sleep) Breakfast had many standard choices, quality was adequate, but no better than hotel half the price. Breakfast employee reached in and removed our plates WITHOUT ASKING IF WE WERE DONE, and whisked them away (hour left) She also started mopping area where one gets his or her food while many people tried to get their food! She was visibly upset that they were in her way and with an audible huff and angry face- gave up. Coffee was good Rooftop views are fabulous- make sure you view night and day push 7 on elevator Parking- plentiful Location: 5 min to gorgeous Ft DeSoto County Park $6 entry, small toll prior Pass A Grille 15 min our favorite places- why we stay here and would, again

The rooms were spotless and huge! The view of the marina was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful! Having a restaurant next door with access to their pool was GREAT!! They made awesome mudslides!!!!! Overall it was an outstanding trip and we can't wait to go back!!!!!!
