Renovated and remodeled with comfortable coastal decor and updated furnishings, Ram Sea 103 provides an open living and dining space where families and friends can gather. The living room features comfortable seating, a flat-panel cable television, and sliding glass doors that showcase the beachfront setting and open directly to the balcony. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, generous counter space, breakfast bar seating, and the cookware and dining essentials needed during your stay. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for an afternoon beside the pool, or gather around the dining table for a relaxed meal at the condo.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-panel cable television, and private access to the Gulf front balcony. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. This is a smoke free vacation rental, and pets are not permitted. Two parking spaces are provided. Saturday only arrivals are required during peak seasons. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
