The ONE Inn property is totally misrepresented on your VRBO site. The host blames you, but I have not had similar issues the other times I have done VRBO. It is NOT a bed and breakfast. There is no food, there was no running water in the kitchen, way too many things needed maintenance. We had an issue with the toilet clogging with the first flush and the thin skinned host was offended and upset that I was upset. I’m not sure where he learned customer service. There was no plunger in the room, or in the house. He got mad and immediately threatened to kick us out and call the cops. I called Marriott, got immediately, and did not have to stay in the POS, run down house that smelled like grandma. I have never had such bad service or host support in all my years of travel. Let alone a princess host that just said get out.

Great walking to downtown

Rooms in a historic old house that is big enough to give you privacy snd quiet from the noise from downtown while still being near to walk. Parking was a bit of a challenge if you came home late but you don’t need to drive it’s great. Lots of bars and restaurants just s couple blocks away and only a couple blocks from the bay.

Traveled with family
Beautiful Historic home. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking is an issue as there is no on site parking, so street parking becomes a problem especially if there are events going on. Otherwise, use of areas in the home was great.
