We are minutes away from the scenic John S. Taylor Park, an excellent place for a picnic and other outdoor activities. Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, and Clearwater Beach are all within the 6-mile radius of this property.

This newly renovated unit is part of an 8-unit property made up of 4 duplexes.
