Recently refreshed with high end furnishings and bedding, Gulf Breeze Getaway offers a comfortable and convenient stay for up to 6 guests.

Gulf Breeze Getaway provides two well-appointed King bedrooms with luxury mattresses and Jersey cotton bedding. In the rear of the home lies the spacious 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds and a designated work space with a pool view. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids, extra visitors, or can act as a private office for those who like to mix in a bit of work with their leisure.
Each bedroom comes with its own 50-in smart TV and plenty of clothing storage.

Just off the 2 King bedrooms you will find a recently remodeled bathroom with a double vanity, white granite counter tops, Turkish cotton towels, make up cloths, and complimentary toiletries.

The coastal-themed living room comes with plenty of comfy seating and also allows for a glimpse of the pool. Gather around the huge 60` Smart TV with friends and fam for movie nights, game nights, or just catching up on your favorite shows.The fully stocked kitchen features an oversized oven/stove, stainless steel appliances, and a brand new fridge with an ice maker and purified water dispenser. Just off the kitchen, you`ll find a barista inspired coffee bar with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee supplies - K cups, sugar, sweetener, and creamers to start your day off right!

The picturesque outdoor area is fully fenced and offers night time lighting around the pool as well as the fence perimeter. Spend your days soaking up the sun in the poolside lounge chairs, splash around with the kids in the refreshing pool, or take a snooze under the shade in the cabana style hammock.

Last but not least, enjoy the full sized ping pong table with balls and paddles available for guest use in the garage.

- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Listing Notes:
- Parking: there is parking available for up to 4 vehicles
- Pets: Pets are allowed for $60 per pet, per stay. Two pet max
- Heated Pool Disclosure: The pool heater is set to 85°F; however, the actual water temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool-heating performance is affected by outdoor temperature, wind, rain, humidity, cloud cover and overnight conditions. When the outdoor temperature is below approximately 65°F—or the difference between the air and desired pool temperature exceeds 20°F—the heater may require extended operation and may not reach or maintain 85°F. During unusually cold, windy or rainy weather, the pool temperature may be significantly lower despite the heater operating properly.
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area, but doors must be kept closed, and cigarette butts must be cleaned up before departure. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, and snoke smells found inside the home will result in a $1000 fine.
- Gas Grill: Please clean the grill after use and ensure the tank is turned completely off. If propane runs out, guests will be responsible for getting refills. Send us the receipt and we will happily reimburse you for propane refills.
