The Space
Welcome to Largo Main House, a two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat for up to three registered guests. Bright interiors, a private entrance, and thoughtful workspaces offer a comfortable base for exploring Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Private Patio & Outdoor Dining
Start your morning with a little fresh air, or return from the beach and prepare dinner on your own BBQ grill. The private patio offers a welcoming place to sit back and enjoy a slower evening at home.

Living Areas & Workspaces
Settle onto the brown leather sectional for a movie or a quiet moment between outings. A desk just off the living area and an additional workspace near the kitchen offer flexibility when you need to catch up. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a generous island, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, and appliances for easy meals at home. Share breakfast before heading out, or bring home fresh ingredients and make an evening of cooking together.

Fresh white linens and soft green quilted bedding create an inviting place to rest. Closets, hangers, luggage racks, and extra blankets help you settle in. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, fresh towels, essential toiletries, a hairdryer, and a hair straightener.

Everyday Comforts
Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable. An iron and ironing board are provided. A nearby laundromat offers an option for laundry during longer stays; no in-unit laundry is advertised.

Parking
The driveway accommodates up to two cars. Please keep access clear for the separately rented guest suite.

Explore the Coast
Plan a day at Indian Rocks Beach or Clearwater Beach, then return to your own welcoming home base. A car is useful for exploring the coast; travel times depend on traffic and your destination.

Guest Access
Enjoy private access to the main house, including its living and dining areas, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, and exclusive use of the patio, grill, and front yard. The guest suite is rented separately, with no shared interior spaces; the double-locked connecting door remains closed. Your entry code and self check-in details will be shared through your reservation message thread. Driveway parking accommodates up to two vehicles.

Property Layout
This property contains two separately rented units with no shared interior spaces. A secure, double-locked connecting door remains closed throughout your stay. Your reservation includes the main house; the guest suite is not included.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take great care to clean and prepare Largo Main House between reservations. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to 3 guests in total.

For Families
To make traveling with little ones a little easier, we provide a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play with fitted sheets and a high chair. Please bring any additional childcare essentials your family needs.

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.
