Sandy Shores #109 - Two Bedroom Two Bath condo with balcony and garden view. #109 Located in Sandy Shores, a beautifully maintained beach front complex at John's Pass. Heated pool and large patio area are beach front and include ample sun lounges and tiki huts for shade. SunHost rental office located on the boulevard directly in front of Sandy Shores.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Like all SunHost properties, you will find our vacation rentals meticulous. As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Guests are not only steps away from the fabulous beach, pool, and BBQ facilities, but also popular John's Pass Village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 foot pirate themed boardwalk. Family Beach Vacay

The condo was wonderful and in a GREAT location!!! The property management company was great and even called us on the day of check in to let us know the property was ready early for us. The condo was clean and as described. The only thing I would recommend, would be black out curtains in the second bedroom, the blinds are not enough. That is a small recommendation. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this condo to others.

The floors were absolutely filthy. The ceiling fan on the balcony did not work. The toilets ran continuously. It was cold in the living room and kitchen but hot in the bedrooms.

It was a nice place to stay . Located right on beach . Nice to have parking in garage. We had everything we needed to cook a meal . Including a crockpot lol. We did have to buy paper towels and left them for the next guest. WiFi had poor reception, never found cable remote that yellow folder said was there . The floor needed mopped and it would have been nice to have a broom for sand .
