Unit 407 is a large, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with direct beach front balcony view in popular Beach Place Condos is ready for your vacation to begin! With easy access to wonderful beaches, heated pool, BBQ facilities, and John's Pass Village, this bright and spacious unit will be your home away from home. The large kitchen has all you need for your stay, including utilities, microwave and coffee maker. The living area with television, leads to the outdoor balcony. Here you can enjoy the one of a kind views of the pristine beaches while soaking in the Florida sun.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom and second guest room each have 2 queen beds. One full bed is in the third guestroom, and all are nicely decorated for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit, and washer and dryer are here for your convenience. Free WIFI, two DVD's, and 2 assigned parking places are included. There is no additional parking at Beach Place. This is a non smoking home.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

The best things about this property are the location and the onsite staff. You're directly on the beach, assigned parking spots, across the street from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. The onsite staff was friendly and helpful. The cons: 1. The place is a bit worn. Everything functions but mostly out of date, especially the kitchen and showers/tubs. The furniture and lamps are old too. My mattress was fine. They give you next to nothing as far as any supplies. 2. My biggest complaint would be its time to join the 21st century and ban smoking on the property. I'd be sitting on my balcony or had the sliding door open, people would be smoking on the balconies. I had to go inside and/or close the door. People were smoking and vaping on the pool deck too. It made it very unpleasant at times.

The condo was in a perfect location! It has wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico, and easy access to the pool and beach. It’s also directly across the street from St. John’s Village and we loved walking over each day for drinks and eats! The oceanfront bedroom has two queen beds, which provides a lot of space for sleeping, but made me a little sad to give it up to the kids! Lol. It’s a great spot for the money!

Had a rough start with getting checked in on Sunday afternoon. It took 3 hours. But other than that we had a great time with family members

Great location

The beach place was a great location. Close to shops and restaurants. There are plenty of activities to do around the area such as jet skis, paddle boarding, kayaks, and the tiki bar boat tour.

Dirty from prior use. Dirty towel in shower. Hair everywhere. Nasty mop/broom in hall. Just dirty

Location nice. Police on site many times threats of shooting place up. . Kids street fighting outside pool. Kids had spider bites. Cigar wrappers under end tables. Just dirty.

Internet, not working and was unable to stream videos,

Beach was great but no fans in rooms and at times during night would be hot. Internet was intermittent and unable to stream videos, even though they had smart tv. Elevator was slow and always hot inside it. Kids complained they could not use ipads for games as internet not working well enough to support games so we had to watch reruns on tv with few channels and listen to the kids complain. They said WIFI available but it was not usable. Its funny how something so simple can make a trip more complicated.
