The cleanliness and upkeep were very poor. Water leaks were a problem, not only from the bathrooms but my toilet also leaked when flushed. Also the breakfast attendant was rude and insolent, turning off the TV while people were watching and then complaining when I turned it back on to finish my breakfast. Also, I'm an experience Floridian. I'm used to seeing 2" palmetto bugs indoors. But the 3.5" smoky brown roach definitely was an unsettling visitor in my room. This place is just gross.

The pool needed a little cleaning and the hotel smelled like marijuana. Other than that it was clean and quiet. We didn’t bring our dog This trip but since Windham took over he now have to pay a Pet fee.
