The front desk was helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. The room needed some updates. The shower/tub was stained and could use a refresh. The bed covering was so thin with some spots, and the pillows were mostly flat.

First night the room was very cold Temp outside an unusual 43 degrees overnight and the thru the wall unit only put out cold air. The thin sheet and very light bedspread . Tried to sleep in our clothes and bathrobes which helped warmth a little but uncomfortable all night. The next afternoon I asked for 2 blankets and we given two very thick ones which kept us warm in the still cool room under which we both slept beautifully!

The rooms were spotlessly clean , modern and comfortable. Exceptionally friendly staff.The breakfast was hot and flavorful. There was a great restaurant and bar, And a Harley Davidson dealer and Orange County Choppers within a short walk distance of the hotel .Best hotel I've been in in a long time !
