Welcome to Sunset Serenity House, a private Clearwater retreat designed for families and groups of up to 10. The home combines a newly added air-conditioned game room, a screened saltwater pool and built-in spa, five flexible bedrooms and generous indoor-outdoor gathering space—all within a short drive of the Gulf beaches.

🌽 Take the competition outside with cornhole in the fenced backyard. With multiple games in one dedicated, air-conditioned space, kids and adults have a go-to hangout whatever the weather.

🏊 POOL, SPA & OUTDOOR LIVING

Swim, lounge and dine in the screened pool area. The private saltwater pool offers optional heat, and the attached spa has jets and shares the pool's heating system. The covered lanai includes outdoor dining and seating, while the grill makes casual cookouts easy. The backyard is fenced for privacy.

🛋️ INDOOR GATHERING SPACES

Two separate living rooms give the group room to spread out—one for movie nights by the TV and fireplace, another for conversation, reading or quiet time. The full kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, cookware, dishes, a coffee maker and generous prep space, with an adjacent dining area for shared meals. WiFi, a dedicated workspace, central air conditioning and an in-home washer and dryer support longer stays.

Three full bathrooms keep mornings moving: the ensuite has a walk-in shower; the second has a tub/shower combination; and the third has a walk-in shower.

📍 LOCATION

Set in the central Clearwater/Largo area, the home keeps you close to Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Beach, Pier 60, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Coachman Park and downtown Clearwater. Grocery stores, dining and shopping are nearby, while St. Petersburg and Tampa are easy day trips. A car or rideshare is recommended.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Please review these important details and optional charges before booking:

- Early check-in, when available: $50
- Late checkout, when available: $50
- Pets: $150 per pet, maximum 3. Pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival. Undisclosed or unapproved pets incur a $500 fine.
- Pool/spa heating: $35 per night. The built-in spa is not a separately heated hot tub; it shares the pool heating system. Without pool heat, the spa remains at pool temperature. The electric heater can generally raise the water 15–20°F above the day's coldest outdoor temperature, so a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed in cool weather. Heating choices cannot be changed during the stay.
- Additional guests above 8: $15 per guest, per night. Maximum occupancy remains 10.
- Lost-and-found shipping: $100.
- Excess cleaning beyond the standard turnover may incur an additional charge.

Beach gear rental:
Beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler may be available to rent. Message us for pricing and availability.

Safety and neighborhood:
The pool is screened but does not have a separate child-safety fence. Children must be supervised. Exterior-only security cameras monitor the property, including the pool area; there are no interior cameras. Noise-decibel monitors and smoke sensors are present inside and outside. This is a residential area, so please keep noise at a respectful level day and night.
