Enjoy the warm Gulf breezes as you sit on your waterfront balcony. This 1400 sq ft condo is one of the largest in the area. It's great for a romantic getaway or family time together. The beautiful interior includes a full kitchen with granite countertops AND washer/dryer. You have a gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway from the balcony, you can watch the dolphins and manatees play.

There's a 2 car car port, private pool, beach chairs, toys and towels. The beach is about 150 steps away. When you get tired of relaxing on the sand or reading by the pool, there's even a private pier that is yours to watch the boats or catch some fish.

Restaurants and shops are close by, some even within walking distance. A trolley takes you up and down Gulf Blvd so you can explore all the beaches. There's a stop next to the condo property. All you have to do is show up, sit back and enjoy.

We have taken extra precautions to make your stay as safe as possible. Our housekeeper is spending extra time to make sure that everything is as clean as possible. We use disinfectant for sensitive areas such as kitchen and bathrooms. We have extra bed linens so that we can rotate the bed sheets and ensure that all bed sheets used have been stored after cleaning for one week.

Our condo association is one of the smallest of the beach, with only 16 units. This reduces the number of people using the pool, and the common areas. Our condo is located far away from any public parking places, so the only people on the beach are from the local houses, and the beach area closest to our condo is one of the least crowded even during the middle of the summer. We also communicate with all our guests to make sure that we are informed of any health issues that may occur. Our condo is on the 3rd floor, and we do not have an elevator in the building.
