With space for up to 6 guests, this Indian Shores vacation rental is ideal for a family beach vacation, couples getaway, or relaxing escape from colder weather.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and local activities and is directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to visit Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other nearby Gulf Coast destinations.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project that includes balcony work, concrete restoration, and painting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

During work hours, the pool may be temporarily unavailable for one to two hours depending on the work being completed that day; however, the pool remains open daily and is fully open all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary throughout the project.

Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every thing was good, despite the hurricane.Noise or construction was acceptable. The staff at the condo, could be more people friendly.We eere told ahead that we could use chairs from the pooland use on the beach. The staff isn’t on the same page
