Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Construction takes place Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM and may result in daytime noise, pool access limitations, or parking adjustments. Balcony access may be temporarily limited while work is being performed in your unit’s section. The pool is open from 4 PM to 10 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

The Beach view was fine. Pool was not available until 4 pm due to construction. Property was very noisy throughout the day due to construction. The unit bathrooms are in need of an upgrade, tub/showers have cracks (repaired with caulking) and need to be replaced. Chaise lounge on the deck was dirty due to construction dust.
