The master bedroom has a King bed with a ceiling fan for added comfort and a TV with cable. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has two Double beds with a TV/cable. This condo has FREE secure WiFi and FREE long-distance calling to US and Canada. The property offers a secure elevator and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has bathrooms and shower/rinse station. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. There is a charcoal grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle next or Skimmer bird colony. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
