No inside lock on door. Barred windows. No phone in the room. I didn’t have the internet. No ventilation in the bathroom. The lamp was inoperable. Parking is not at the entrance, parking is behind the building on another street and is a $15 fee. You are required to sign a paper with 18 conditions you can and cannot do. One condition touts a $500fine. The reception door is lock. The front gate is locked. There is no door at the rear entrance near the Parking lot which requires a sticker be displayed on the car windshield. No handicap parking. No breakfast. Coffee maker is in room along with refrigerator. The tiniest bar of soap I ever witnessed. One of the bed had the left side against the wall. No refunds. Avoid this mistrusting annoying place. I may have over rated this joint

The room was very clean !!!! Had everything that you would need . The couple of negatives was the air conditioner in the bed room didn’t seem to work very well but it wasn’t that warm out when we stayed. The bed was a little extra firm . Some people like that but we prefer to have a little give on the mattress when we lay down in bed .

It’s not a horrible place to stay. But if you do stay there just expect to not get what you asked for. I asked for more pillows, and I was told he would bring them back in a few minutes. I never got the pillows. The door to my room had massive cracks in it so it was letting all the heat/ lizards inside the room. The front office is always locked and nobody answers sometimes. I went down there several times to ask for trash bags and 6 out of 7 times no one was in the office. When I seen someone outside of the office I asked him and finally on the 3rd time I got trash bags. The pool might only be heated to maybe 65 degrees, if that. The pillows that you originally get in the room are completely flat. And the shower definitely could’ve been cleaned better.

I checked in late last night after dark, didn't notice till around 430am when I turned the bathroom light on and see BLACK MOLD on the wall. I'm disgusted and disappointed with property management thinking that a fresh coat of paint will just cover that up. BLACK MOLD IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!! I have multiple pictures and a video. I'm requesting a full refund and also any holds on my debit card be removed IMMEDIATELY.

Dish soap provided but no dishes, glasses, utensils or dish towels. No Kleenex. No hangers but they provided some. Facility ice maker broken so had to purchase ice trays. They did bring two coffee mugs. No plastic glasses for around the pool so had to purchase those too and paper towels. Loved decor, new beds, tables, floors and pool furniture. Staff, Tony very good.

We had a very nice room - Definitely recommend the bigger units with the kitchen. We paid for parking for the days we were there and everything was close by. Everything was very clean considering the area was hit by a hurricane a year ago.

Pet friendly. Beach and water are perfect. Food: check Angry Pepper for some great smoked meats, Osaka for Asian food, and the Reef Bar. Great place if you’re coming fishing with your kayak or jet ski. They have nice parking and wash down water connection (bring your hose). I’d give it a 9/10 only because I’m used to foam mattress.
