Great hotel. Excellent customer service. I travel with mom and had a king bed. Angelic from the front desk was welcoming and offered us a double bed to be more comfortable. So attentive! While we did not have breakfast, we used the bar and restaurant and food and drinks were good! Ila and Sandra also were attentive. If I come back to St Petersburg, I will book again there!

Very nice views from the room. Enjoyed the amenities at the hotel. Only thing they need are microwave’s in the rooms. Was an inconvenient to go all the way down stairs each time you needed to warm something up.

Here’s a polished, friendly, and helpful review you can copy/paste: ⸻ We had a wonderful stay at the St. Petersburg Hilton Carillon Park! Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit comfortable. The pool was impressively clean and pleasantly warm, even though the weather was colder than usual during our trip. The hot tub was perfectly hot one day and more on the warm side the next, but still relaxing either way. One thing worth pointing out—some online searches say the hotel isn’t dog-friendly, but that’s definitely not the case. We saw several adorable four-legged guests during our stay, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Overall, it’s a lovely property with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. We’d absolutely stay here again!
