The apartment is accessed by its own private exterior staircase leading to the front door and a small balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious open living area with a dining table, cozy seating, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals.
The bedroom and bath are generously sized, with a bath/shower combo and featuring a comfortable queen bed with ample closet space. Just before the bedroom, a side nook offers additional sleeping with a full/twin bunk bed set—ideal for families or small groups.
Downstairs, to the left of your staircase before ascending, you’ll find a shared laundry and storage room, accessible through a separate exterior door. This area includes a washer and dryer, plus beach essentials—towels, chairs, umbrella, and wagon—for your use.
Pass-A-Grille is quiet and charming, known for its beautiful white sand beaches and historic downtown area. Within walking (or biking) distance is 8th Ave with its beachy boutiques and upscale restaurants, many casual dining & seafood options, and most notably the beach! The streets are quiet and safe, offering guests the opportunity to experience the island lifestyle!
- No smoking inside the cottage, though you may smoke outside
- It is asked that you are respectful of owners, nearby neighbors, and other cottage guests by being reasonably quiet from 10pm-8am
- No parties or loud music and no illicit drugs will be used on the premises including recreational marijuana.
- Linens are provided, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests.
-Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we as that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents unwanted pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- We are a dog friendly property, 1 dog maximum and there is a non refundable fee of $150. Advance notice is required if you are bringing a dog. Dogs must be friendly and get along with other animals, on leash when outside, you will be charged in addition to the pet fee for any damage to the condo or furnishings and it is expected that you will pick up your pets waste. Also please note there is a dog beach in Pass-a-Grille but dogs are not allowed on the main beaches.
