This two bedroom, two bathroom condo offers plenty of space and privacy for your family vacation.



Main bedroom features a King bed with a private bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 Full beds and a hallway bathroom. The Living room has a sofabed.



The dining area seats 6 guests. Living area is open and has comfortable couches and a flat screen TV. Completely renovated and fully equipped kitchen.

This property is complete with all the luxuries and more one would expect, providing an ideal location for a fun relaxing wonderful getaway!



Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset or walk to many restaurants and shops. This unit is located in North Clearwater Beach about 4 blocks to the Pier. It is the best location you could be at.



Unit is located on the second floor - no elevator.



The beach is just 20 yards away!



We stress the importance of guests purchasing travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel.

For a small amount of money, travel insurance can go a long way. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance (we recommend Travel Guard as they offer different plans i.e. "Cancel for any reason")

Some rugs would be nice a light on the other side of the sofa and a coffee table Also a full size coffee pot We had a lovely week and the beds were comfy . Love the location ! This property was steps away from the beach. Having morning coffee on the deck was amazing seeing the dolphins in water in front of our place.The place was very clean and had beach chairs and beach towels available to use.The property managers were so polite and very quick to respond to any questions, not to mention how nice they were on site.The entire complex was super clean. Needless to say we will be back.Overall a great experience!

Great experience. We had our 3 kids with us on our family vacation and the location of this condo is a great location with the beach within a short walk and the pool being in great condition. Also with the park across the street, it added to great experience with the kids. Would definitely come back.
