The staff are amazing. I’ve never had a bad experience. My only complaint is the breakfast. The last few times I’ve stayed the fruit was not fresh and the coffee was not good.

The front desk lady was very friendly and the housekeeping keep up with cleaning and room service was good. Lobby and breakfast really clean and good. Provide most of the healthy breakfast. Everything just excellent. Will definitely come back again.

Man who was at desk upon our arrival at 1140pm Thursday night was rude and unfriendly. Even completely ignored another guest who was trying to ask him a question. Mini fridge in the room didn’t work. Had nearly $100 worth of food we put in there upon arriving and when we returned everything was warm and ruined. Explained this to front desk staff and she just simply said they would check it out, which they didn’t and they didn’t seem to care about the loss of all the food/money we wasted. Cleaning lady was the nicest person in the building.
