Too much construction during season

The pool was under construction the entire winter. Jackhammering started at 8:15 am. Also the roof was being replaced and a chute was installed down the side of the building to throw the old roof debris down. In previous places I’ve stayed they have a moratorium on repairs until after “season”. The unit itself was adequate but despite facing the gulf was shielded by part of the building blocking all direct sunlight- and sunset! The unit manager was very helpful and responsive.
