Location good, unit not so much

This is a great location, walkable to beach and many nearby shops and restaurants. The unit needs a major deep cleaning, replace the very old and dusty wicker furniture, new painting and new carpeting. The carpet was so stained we wouldn’t walk barefoot on it. The a/c vents haven’t been cleaned/dusted in a really long time and were gross!

For what we needed it was great. Appeared to be mid-refurbish with some things needing replacement/repair. Location is excellent

This condo is in a great location. Close to bars, restaurants and right on the beach. The inside of the condo is "tired". Updates of carpets, trim and the worn furniture would really help.
