Ideal Location

Perfect location for our family. Close to beaches, stores and not that far from downtown St. Petersburg. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was very nice. Enjoyed the extra toys for pool and the beach. Very nicely renovated house. Master bedroom seperate from the other two bedrooms. This was perfect for Grandma & Grandpa and family with small children. The owner quickly responded and took care of a few issues. We would stay here again.

Reunion trip

Josh was very available and helpful. The access code, not so much. We enjoyed our short stay very much. The TV was a little confusing, but we didn't spend much time on it anyway. The house was flipped recently, and the before and after pictures are amazing! Great job! Thanks, Josh!

Family vacation

Joshua did a beautiful job on decorating and supplying the home with all the necessities. The home was spotless. The pool just got completed in time for our stay and is perfect size and nicely done . After being out all day, kids came home for a nighttime swim. The beds are so comfortable, couch is comfortable and ample seating for everyone to enjoy a movie at night (5 of us ) . The location of the home is in a nice cul de sac area and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the home.

St. Petersburg Vacation

Josh was a great host! He reached out immediately when we booked the house with all of the rules and answering our questions. He reached out prior to check in regarding the process and checked on us the first day to ensure we got in okay. The house is beautiful and in a central location rather visiting Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, stores, etc. The house is currently installing a pool and we would definitely reserve this house again next year and bring our children. It even has small beach items, which works perfect incase something was forgotten.

Perfect Rental, Gorgeous House

This is the nicest VRBO in which I’ve had the pleasure to stay. The interiors are newly renovated and beautifully done. Kitchen is a good size and has all of your basic needs. The mattresses were heavenly! I actually asked the owner where he got his pillows and bought two for our own home. The location could not be more convenient. Walkable to CVS, Walmart, supermarket, and a beach runner bus that’ll take you straight to the shore. We messaged the owner numerous times and he responded immediately and was friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough nice things about this place!

We had a great time and able to check out all the surrounding areas including Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Treasure Island, and Venice! Loved loved the beaches and delicious fresh fish and Italian market Mazzaro's! So so fun and nice place to staycation. We were here for 1 1/2 months.
