The Space:

Soft coastal light filters through the home as you wake, inviting the ease of Florida living to set the pace for the day. A gentle breeze drifts across the screened in tiki patio, where you can unwind with a drink and the relaxed rhythm of the neighborhood. Evenings stretch out calmly around the fire pit, offering a quiet spot to share stories after a day at nearby beaches. Whether you’re here for a quiet staycation or to explore the shoreline, this tropical‑inspired retreat feels like a private oasis.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds. A twin air mattress adds an extra sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for easy access.



Living areas

The open living room invites you to relax on comfy seating surrounded by tropical ocean‑inspired décor. Natural gathering spaces flow into an open‑concept dining area, giving you room to share meals or plan the day ahead. A Smart TV & high‑speed Wi‑Fi make downtime effortless when you’re ready to settle in.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. The layout keeps everything within reach, whether you’re cooking a simple breakfast or bringing home local favorites to enjoy inside or on the patio.



Outdoor living

Step onto the screened in tiki patio for relaxed outdoor dining in Florida’s warm, season‑neutral climate. The pool shimmers nearby, perfect for a refreshing dip. Beyond the patio, a fully fenced backyard offers plenty of lounge seating and a fire pit, creating a space to enjoy unhurried evenings. Beach essentials are provided, making it simple to head toward the shoreline.



Amenities

Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room‑darkening shades help make longer stays comfortable. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are all included. Guests also have a private entrance, free parking for up to four vehicles, additional free street parking, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock. Pet‑friendly accommodations welcome your furry companions.



Neighborhood

Set in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping and restaurants. You’re close to Downtown Largo, the beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key, and nearby attractions, making it simple to enjoy both peaceful downtime and local exploration throughout your stay.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
