Three Bedroom, Two Bath, Gulf Front, King in Master Bedroom, Queen and Double in 2nd bedroom, Two Twins in the 3rd bedroom., All new mattresses in unit as of 2015. All new carpet in bedrooms as of 11/16. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and clock/radio with smart phone chargers with bluetooth. Master Bedroom has a desk with 32" HDTV, VGA connector for laptop and speaker capable phones. 3TV's (HD Service), Blue Ray DVD player, Microwave, Washer/dryer, Heated Pool, Spa, Gas Grills, Free Wireless Internet Service and Free Long Distance (US and Canada). Saturday to Saturday only. No 3rd party agents.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
