One step inside this beautifully restored 1915 home you will be taken back in time. Surviving the changes of the 20th century, the house has kept its integrity and remains unchanged to its original form with a hint of modern touches to keep you comfortable.
The downtown district is one block from the house and is notable for its absence of large commercial signage, corporate franchise restaurants or chain retail stores. The Pinellas Trail, a 37-mile-long bicycle and pedestrian trail that spans all of Pinellas County north to south.
The home is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, wedding party housing or groups that wants to vacation together but still want complete privacy when you are in your own room. The main house Sleeps 10.

The Space
On the main level you will find a living room, dining room, full kitchen, office, half bath and laundry room. Feel free to whip up a morning breakfast in the gourmet kitchen or just have coffee with the use of the fully automatic espresso, coffee, cappuccino maker. The dining room has seating for 10 people to eat a great meal or to play a card game. The wrap around porch has plenty of room to spread out and relax on a lounge chair or the porch swing.
All of the 4 suites in the main house have their own private bath with Jacuzzi, small refrigerator, microwave, and high speed internet.

Nostalgia galore
I wish we were able to stay longer. We were in town for a family event where we all traveled from MD & TX. The house accommodated us almost perfectly. The location was exceedingly convenient to walk to shopping, dining and an amazing ice cream shop. The history of the home was captured with amazing grace through the antiques and art work with special touches scattered in the most unexpected places. Take your time to read the welcome book. It’s incredible. The porch is inviting and relaxing. We can’t wait to return!

Family of golfers, each had own br and ba. Great house great porch, walking distance to many places to eat and micro brews. Jennifer was very helpful and pleasant to work with. May want to consider putting golf packages together several good courses within 15 min.

This house was perfect for our girls trip! The location to downtown restaurants & shops was in walking distance. The house is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, we loved sitting outside on the porch. Host was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Charming place....
We stayed here while a group o of fished for a few days in the area. Great house. Very classic style with a lot of history, but the house is updated for all the comforts that I frankly am not living without. The hosts are locals and addressed every question and solved any issue we had no matter how small. I look forward to the trip next year!

Moments to Cherish
I planned this getaway as an early Christmas with my 3 grown sons and their girlfriends. We also have extended family in that area. The house was the perfect size for us. We spent some quality time together riding bikes, playing games and talking. This was exactly what we needed! Thank you for opening up your beautiful house to us! I would definitely book again!

First Class Property in an Excellent Location
We've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this was among the very best ever. Beautifully decorated and maintained, and the listing was 100% accurate. Operators were very responsive.
We'd never stayed in Dunedin (pronounced like "done eatin'"!) before. A charming small city with plenty of local attractions and close to Clearwater Beach. And, yes, the property really does come with a high end golf cart which local rules allow you to drive around the city streets.
Highly reccomend.
