Nice but dangerous.

The hotel was nice. My issue was the door to the balcony almost took my fingers off. It slammed so hard it cut open two of my fingers. We went ant informed the front desk and filled out an incident report, I feel like they blew it off.

I so enjoyed my stay. They staff was great and I felt prices reasonable. There was work going on rebuilding the tiki bar and the beach needed to be accessed through the parking garage but not a big deal. Lovely stay. Will come back!!!

Perfect beachfront location!

Perfect location with an absolutely beautiful beach! We could walk for miles in either direction. Great view, friendly staff. This location has one of the only places on the beach with a gulf-front restaurant and bar. We used the city bus”trolley” to get around, very easy to do. We would definitely stay here again!

So the hotel was Great, clean and perfect spot. I was very disappointed. I was here to celebrate my little girls birthday and we show up and they are doing some beach work the whole 5 days we where here no one advised us of this or sent and email. We could not enjoy our beach front hotel we had to travel elsewhere to find an open spot to set up at the beach. On top of that we had to deal with a very rude employee I mean she was just nasty and very unprofessional. I will say Lyric was amazing she was another employee who helped us and was amazing. Along with Tracy and the Mike they all did there best at helping us and they did what they could for us. I don’t think I really want to go back to this area unfortunately this ruined our vacation and plans we had.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The one issue was that the government choose the days during our stay to restore the beach and so we were unable to take advantage of the beach in front of our hotel. The hotel did not make us aware this was happening ahead of time. They did however provide free parking. Not much of a compensation but at least an acknowledgement.

What an amazing staff!! EVERYONE was cheerful and helpful at the front desk and at the restaurant!!! The food was phenomenal with gluten free bread! Yay!!! And gluten free cookies upon check in! Room was beautiful with balcony to people Watch!! Outstanding staycation and will be back!!!
