First, I would like to say that the front desk staff was helpful. He was able to help when we needed it. Secondly, the room was a very average room. It was clean when we arrived that night. The biggest problem came up when my daughter and I realized when she went to go use the restroom, that there was no door on the bathroom. So between the vanity area and the actual room there was no privacy for us to use the bathroom. It was late and we were both tired ,so I went to the front desk and got 2 tacks and a large sheet from the desk manager to make a door so we could have some privacy while taking showers and so on. We travel a lot for softball and this was the first time that I have ever experienced this problem with any Hotel that we have stayed at. Most disappointing thing was I have stayed at Hilton Hotels for twenty dollars more a night and was twice the room as far as quality. Also being in St. Petersburg I was expecting higher quality when it came to places to stay. The website looks nice, but it doesn't really show what people are getting. I was very disappointed in my stay needless to say and that will reflect in my reviews on Google.

most awful stay of my life i was there for 30 minutes had to leave because of cockroach infestation. 10+ cockroaches crawling around within the first hour of being there. never again.

The first room had cockroaches everywhere went and got another room and it also had cockroaches running all over. I have videos of both rooms of the cockroaches very disgusting and then was going to get a different room and they wasn’t very happy about keep moving so we left that night and went to a different hotel.

When I walked in a roach crawled across the floor there is no batteries in the remote for the TV. There is no hot water not even warm and there is a dirty wash rag on the shower curtain that was left from the previous guest. I would never stay here again.

This had to be the absolute worst experience in a hotel, this room was INFESTED with roaches, they were everywhere, I had no choice but to stay the first night so I was huddled in a ball in the middle of the bed.
