Welcome to our 1/1 cottage-style villa, which is minutes from Downtown Dunedin. Only a short walk to Main Street and a 12 min drive to Honeymoon/Caladesi Island! Walk to the Pinellas Trail, breweries, eateries, waterfront marina, and Blue Jay baseball stadium. Enjoy award-winning cuisine, live entertainment, and breathtaking sunsets before returning to the peace and quiet of your own private area. Close to downtown

The location was very good; very close to downtown. The reason I gave it a 3 is because we have stayed in many of these rentals and they have all had many more amenities. They don’t even provide Kleenex. Many others where we have stayed provided tea, soda, coffee ; none of this was provided. Also, the bathroom was very small with no counter space.

Great location and Clean!! Passed the UV light test!!

First time to Dunedin,, fun town with lots to do for family or just a quiet get away, BEAUTIFUL Sunsets!! The unit is as shown online, clean, NO PETS (yeah), NO KIDS etc.. BTW I love animals, just don't think they belong on vacation in a VRBO or Hotel for that matter!! Could you please spray the patio chairs, a little Rustoleum goes a long way. Get rid of the cheap plastic outdoor chairs, they melt in the Florida heat. Give it 5 stars for being CLOSE to everything and CELAN!!

Dunedin getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 447 Douglas ave Dunedin. The property was exactly as advertised great proximity to Main Street and very clean. Would recommend to friends. Only one suggestion a few extra towels would be helpful as there were only 2 bath towels and one of each hand and tea towel.
