Bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, this home offers comfortable spaces designed for both relaxation and convenience. The living area is open and inviting, with ample seating and a natural flow into the dining space—ideal for unwinding after a day out or gathering with family and friends.
Bring your bikes and ride to the Pinellas Trail from our home. We are also close to Pelican Golf Club in Belleair.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, featuring generous counter space and all essential appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home.

* Smart TV's are included in every bedroom and the living room (guests are welcome to login to their own streaming services)

GUEST ACCESS:
The entire house and backyard are accessible to guests and private. Garage access is available, but we do ask that you please do not park any vehicles in the garage.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- Photo ID matching guest name and signed rental agreement required for all bookings. Renter must be 25+ to book.
- The house has a two-car driveway. Please do not park in or on the grass. Two cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 3 cars are allowed on the property. Boat, RV, or Trailer parking must be requested in advance.
- This home is NOT pet friendly home. If pets are brought without approval, we reserve the right to charge additional fees ($300 fine for each unauthorized pet).
- AVAILBLE by request - Pack and play, a Graco Convertible high chair, and/or a stand-alone high chair. We do have a 2nd pack and play if needed and available. Please reach out as soon as you book and let us know if you need any of these items as we keep them at another location.
