Very easy to communicate with the renter! The location is perfect with a smaller more intimate number of units. The unit was well appointed. My only input would be for a new washing machine. It left residue on our clothes. With that being said, we would definitely rent this place again!

The view is stunning, the condo is clean and well appointed with kitchen items (pans, utensils, plates etc). Beach Time Rental staff were attentive and great with communication. The pool is fantastic!

We were having problems with the sliding glass doors. One wouldn’t lock and the other wouldn’t slide. We tried fixing it ourselves but we are not handymen. That was disappointing. Everything else was great. Complaints was small but affected us daily.
