• Backyard Bliss: Please cover the grill and close the umbrella after use to keep the area neat for everyone.

• BBQ Safety: Be sure to turn off the grill and propane tank and replace covers when done — safety first!

• Exercise Gear: Feel free to use the rower, weights, yoga mat, and bands in the garage. Return items to their spot and don’t leave them outside.

• Parking: Two vehicles can park back-to-back in the driveway. The garage interior is reserved for our personal car.

• Storage Closets: Two locked closets (one in a bedroom, one near the kitchen) are for owner use only.

• Easy Check-In: No keys needed — you’ll receive a personal smart lock code after booking.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect 10 PM–8 AM quiet hours inside and out to keep things peaceful for our neighbors.



Our Policies:



NO PETS ON FURNITURE: We know you love your animals, but we kindly ask that you keep them off of our furniture to prevent any damage whether that be scents, stains or hair.



NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.



NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
