This beach house is ideal for anyone who wants to stay directly on the beach. The property is very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The only thing you need to know is that you must be able to climb 3 steep flights of stairs from the ground floor to the bedrooms (the living area and kitchen are on the floor between ground and the bedroom level). If you are unable to do that, this is not the property for you.

The location and parking are excellent!! The place was very clean. Main downside was the decks are getting questionable and the smell of mildew was pretty strong when you come in. I'm sure that's an issue by the water. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Such a beautiful place to stay in Clearwater. It's exactly like the pictures and Andrew is a fantastic host. Checks in throughout your stay to make sure everything is ok. I loved that. We had one minor issue getting in, and Andrew got right back to me and helped immediately. Everything is within walking distance so no need to really drive much. You can watch the sunset right from the patio. It was immaculate cleanliness as well. Not even an ounce of sand on the floor upon check in which is kind of rare when staying right in the sand. We can't wait to come back again!

This place is truly a gem! Excellent location, just steps to the beach. The place was very clean, well appointed and furnished to provide a cozy feel. Parking was easy, and safe - just steps away from the entry door. The host was welcoming, and very communicative despite our stay landing on a holiday. The highlight of our stay was being able to see the amazing sunset from the balconies. Will definitely stay here again.

Staying at this Vrbo Clearwater Beach condo was an absolute highlight of our trip. The location truly doesn’t get better. You step out the door and you’re right on the beach, with soft white sand and stunning Gulf views just seconds away. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony each evening was unforgettable.The condo itself was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a kitchen to furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The large windows and balcony offered incredible ocean views, which made relaxing inside just as enjoyable as being outside.We also appreciated how convenient everything was…restaurants, shops, and local attractions were all within easy walking distance. Despite being close to everything, the condo still felt peaceful and private.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, making check-in and the overall experience stress-free.If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in Clearwater, this condo is a fantastic choice. Great Stay!!!

We had such a good time, there was plenty to do and the beach is literally right outside your door! We checked in easy, the Publix was close enough to run to and stock the house, and we were able to enjoy the whole town of Clearwater. I highly suggest staying here and enjoying the beach with a very “at home” feel.
