Pink Flamingo on 20th is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom pool home that accommodates 9 guests. When entering this home, you are met with lively colors and lots of natural light. The living area is open and airy combining the kitchen, dining, and living room with sliding doors leading to the pool. Furnishings provide style and elegance. The backyard is a perfect gathering spot! Large heated pool, a gas grill & outdoor dining table with umbrella. Pool loungers to soak up the Florida sun. You are just minutes away from sinking your toes into the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Make sure to catch the beautiful sunsets!

Kitchen: Ice/water stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, 4-slice toaster, coffee maker, and handheld mixer. Bar area with glassware and beverage refrigerator. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Table with 6 chairs, large buffet table in the entryway.

Living Room: Sofa, oversized ottoman as a coffee table, 2 chairs, end table, and built-in bookshelves with TV.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, a chair, sliding patio doors to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Step-in shower with bench and single vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #2: A Queen-size bed, a single bed, nightstands, and a TV. French-style doors with shaker shutters.

Bathroom #2: Step-in shower with bench and single vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #3: 2 full-size beds, dresser, TV, night table, 2 chairs, bench, and washer & dryer in the closet.

Backyard: Heated Pool, dining table w/4 chairs and umbrella, gas grill, loveseat, 2 chairs, and 4 pool loungers.

Important Information

House Rules:

4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This property provides 3 parking spaces. Grass and street parking are not permitted.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail, and sweet shops. The home is close to Casa Italia, Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Cafe, beach shops, and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.
