This cozy house is perfectly located in Belle Vista, a quiet residential neighborhood on a barrier island south west of St. Petersburg just a few minutes walk to the Gulf of Mexico pristine sandy beach and to many restaurants, gift shops such as; Walgreens, Starbucks, Lido Park (outdoor play structure), Gigi’s Italian, Sandbar Bill’s, Drunken Clam and much more.

HOUSE
The primary bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The secondary bedroom is with 2 full size beds.

The living room is cozy, the kitchen if fully equipped and large dining room with plenty of windows.

The entire house was recently painted and the terrazzo floor was restored and polished. All work completed. All permits are closed.

EXTERIOR SPACE
The property is 60 feet wide and 120 feet deep. (18.2 m by 36.5 m)

The rear yard is FULLY FENCED.
