You'll be located right across the street from Granada Terrace Park, just four blocks from Coffeepot Bayou and Snell Isle in one direction, and four blocks from Crescent Lake Park in the other direction. Wonderful neighborhood. Tampa Bay and Gulf beaches are within easy driving distance.
