Suite was very clean...nice kitchen, nice bathroom, however it is very outdated. Lighting is poor, not enough living room seating, TVs were not the greatest. Needs some updated furniture and decor. Location was great and staff was pretty friendly.

I had to wait 20mins for someone to come to the desk in order to check in. I was then advised that the elevator was out of service. Evidently, that was not something that just occurred because I was told later that they didn’t expect it to be repaired until next month. That aside, I found that he room to be spacious and clean.

Nice stay. Spacious accommodations. Nice kitchen (even had dishwasher). No breakfast but coffee machine 24/7 was nice, just push a button, grinds and pours a cup instantly. Nice gym, laundry, grocery area. Friendly staff, close to breakfast restaurants, walk to.

Elevator didn’t work. Room was on the third floor. The stairwell had no cameras the third floor, where my room was has no cameras. I did not feel safe as a single woman traveling alone. One of the washing machines was out of order and a bathroom in the lobby was also out of order. I couldn’t imagine a worse Accommodations.

Great experience except for Kathy older bitter lad

Our stay was amazing, except for a front desk employee name Kathy a older lady with white hair and blue eyes, if a guest asks a question, before she hears she says no, everything is no, thank god the other employees ignore her, and apologized for her, she should be fired! If a guest would need air to breath, she would deny oxygen

The front desk staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They allowed an early check in. The room was huge with a full kitchen which was lovely and there is a Publix supermarket within walking distance. Overall, a great stay!

Only issue was a broken elevator. My husband has a bad hip and trudging up stairs and back down was hard on him. The hotel didn’t offer a downstairs room or an apology about it. When we asked, they said someone was supposed to be coming to fix it. We were there from Sunday until Wednesday with no elevator. Only complaint

Beyond exceptionally clean, very friendly staff. The General Manager is also extremely kind and compassionate. I couldn’t have chose a better place for our first family vacation in Florida. I will always look for this place everywhere we travel to! I would say the TV thing could be updated, as it’s cable or something, and the younger generations, myself included, aren’t familiar with it. Everything was so great though, I’m very happy with everything

The staff always helpfully and friendly. The area inside and out is very clean. Restaurants and grocery totes are with them walking distance. Tampa airport 20 min away. It’s very centralized to just about everything.
