Everything was great, except the elevator was not working the entire stay. Room was great, clean, fitness room great too. Ice maker was also not working, and the in room units make very little ice.

On arrival we were unsure of the lobby as it’s tucked into a shopping centre. The elevator was broken and I had to carry my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. There was a dirty tissue on top of the bathroom vanity, we were woken up at 2am to what sounded like an ice maker(?) which frightened my 6 year old. We won’t stay again.

The room was spacious and clean. There is a Publix within walking distance as well as other food options. The only issue is the elevator doesn’t work, and based on the reviews it never works. But if you don’t mind walking up a few stairs it’s not a problem. I would stay here again

I have to say I usually never write a review but this place deserves it we walked into our room and couldn't believe how huge it was and for the price we were left in complete shock the staff was attentive and SUPER friendly they made us feel right at home I have to say I would call this hotel a hidden gem because we really felt like we were in a luxury hotel we have stayed at many other hotels over the years but I got to say if you want a HUGE room with friendly staff you got to put this on your list if you are in the area you can tell that the awards they've won over the years are 100% rightfully earned I would stay here again anytime without thinking twice thank you to the staff for making us feel welcome
