Loved it! Staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We were looking for a balcony to watch the dolphins and they found us a room! The roof top is a must! Go up and watch the sunset and you also get a sunset shot, also try the drink in a coconut. So delicious! Also, beach is very close walk. You can rent chairs & umbrella on the beach! Check out Farbotta’s so good! Also went to the beach bar, all within walking distance. We will definitely recommend to friends.

The hotel is stunning with lots of amenities. Beds were cozy and the room was nice. The pool was warm and felt amazing! Hot tub was down. Mold on the shower curtain and we had to ask for our room to be tended to. Otherwise the best part were the valet guys! Food was good but breakfast stops at 10:30 am

The waitstaff at the bar were non attentive and seemed annoyed to be working. The food was decent. The chicken wings were very overcooked. Our hotel room had a tv that didn’t wok and their only solution was to move us at 930pm. They didn’t even attempt to fix it. So I assume they were aware of the problem already. Plus the room was extremely warm. The AC barely worked. This is our second time to this hotel and our first time was incredible, but it has definitely gone down in appearance, Service, and all around care of the hotel

The pool was very unique! The only thing I didn’t like was there was too much chlorine in either the pool or the hot tub because my bathing suit discolored. It went from a beautiful blue to gray.

Weekend getaway

The staff were amazing and sadly that’s all that’s great about this hotel for the price we paid. Check-in was fast and easy, and we were offered a glass of Prosecco. No complaints there. On way to the room the carpets were dirty food and other items all over the hotel, garbage cans were always full around the elevators, obviously they must be short on cleaning staff or just badly managed. The restaurant chairs had food on which I found strange as if you were going to clean and reset the table. You would also wipe down the chairs? i cannot fault the restaurant waiter staff and the quality of the food was good for the price. pool area was clean the bar staff were extremely friendly.The room itself was a suit, the couch looked well used and marked, and not inviting at all. There was a standup fan in the lounge area, which we found odd but obviously they may have had air-conditioning problems in the past. The kitchen area was clean.The bedroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. The bed linen was nice. There was only one remote for the TVs, which only worked on the TV in the lounge area so we could not get the bedroom TV working. And we were not really in the room much so it really did not affect us. The walls are paper thin we could hear everything from the room next to us.The windows are very thin very hard to sleep with noise outside. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible to put make up on. I have more to write but not enough room here

The location was convenient for me, as I was renovating a house nearby. And it's rooftop bar is great - the view and vibe was terrific. But the neighborhood is abandoned buildings, and the surrounding area hasn't recovered from the hurricanes last year. Dining choices are limited...

The rooftop is amazing. The views are worth every penny if you wanna go out you can but you could clearly stay there and enjoy the evening. Sunsets are gorgeous.
