You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the condo must be one of the occupants.
Monthly Minimum Rentals. 'No Broken Months allowed'
3 week advance booking normally required for Association approval.
Credit check.
Lease application to be completed along with payment of the $100.00
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Pets 'Strictly enforced by the Condo Association'

Beyond the living room is the balcony that overlooks the water. There are chairs on the balcony, perfect for lounging.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, a small balcony that overlooks the water and attached master bathroom.

Master bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and garden tub.

The second guest room has a queen bed with attached bathroom with walk-in shower.

The spacious third guest room has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The laundry room has a washer, dryer and slop sink too.

The building requires codes to get into the building, garage and pool area.

The pool area has a view of the water and access to the boat docks.

This unit has a monthly minimum.

WIFI and basic cable.
