The condo features a spacious and comfortable layout designed for a relaxing beach stay. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an updated private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. A hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and cookware for your convenience and features upgraded cabinetry and quartz countertops. The living room offers comfortable seating with a pullout sofa, large TV and is filled with sparkling ocean views. For added convenience and comfort, there is an in-unit washer and dryer located in the hallway closet and smart TV's throughout.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• Pet Policy: No pets
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 1 (keyed private elevator or 1 flight of stairs)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
City Regulations/Noise: This property is in an area that enforces quiet hours and a good neighbor policy.
