This fully furnished 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom beachfront condo is located directly on the beautiful white sands of the Gulf. Step outside and you are just moments from the beach and warm waters of the Gulf of America.
Temporary Notice – May Construction:
The condo association will be completing balcony maintenance in parts of the building through the month of May 2026. For safety, the pool may be temporarily closed on weekdays between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM while crews are working overhead. The pool will remain open after 4:00 PM and on weekends. The pool itself is not under construction and was fully replaced in Spring 2025. The beach and private beach access remain fully open.

You are a short distance from Clearwater, St. Petes Beach, John's Pass and the Tampa Airport (TPA) or St. Pete/Clearwater Airport (PIE). This unit is on the 6th floor. The elevator is spacious and new. This condo does NOT have a balcony or view of the Gulf but the building is directly on the beach. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided. Also, the unit is stocked with shower towels and basic cleaning supplies to make your stay comfortable. (Ie. dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, tp, dishwasher pods, kitchen towels, cooking supplies, all plates and cutlery etc)

The condo is on the 6th floor of Holiday Villas III, so you're up high with plenty of sunlight and fresh air. The windows face the center of the building rather than out toward Gulf Blvd. It’s very quiet and private. You won’t see cars or heavy traffic; you're surrounded by the rest of the building. No walkways pass directly outside your windows — it’s secure and secluded. You won’t feel closed off; the openness and light make it very comfortable.
Smoking and pets are NOT allowed on the property per condo association rules. The condo association occasionally performs maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition. Guests may occasionally notice daytime work in common areas.
