Our mini cottage, comprised of two studios under one roof, is part of a 19-unit beach motel layout at the Carlton House Motel, in beautiful St. Pete Beach. (If you have a large group, ask us about our other units!)

Situated just two blocks from Upham Beach, our location boasts an ideal proximity to seaside activities sought after by our guests.

Unlike other beach motels, our owner(s) are on-site 7 days a week to assist with any needs during your stay. Our beach cottage(s) are the perfect fusion of Motel convenience/amenities PLUS the uniqueness & personality you`d expect from an Airbnb- and NO CLEANING FEES!

Nearby, countless restaurants, shopping, nightlife, family fun, and tourist attractions await!
