The Space:

⚠️ NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. This is mandatory. No in-person verification. No refunds for non-compliance.



🛗NOTE TO GUESTS: Elevators cannot be called to the ground floor. You will need to go to another floor to call the elevator. Door will close very slowly, and you may need to assist in closing it. Parts are not in stock and it will be next week before they can be repaired.



📝PLEASE NOTE:

For your safety, please be aware that the pool, spa, and pool deck are closed from dusk to dawn. A sign above the entry gate will read POOL CLOSED when the area is off-limits. If the sign is lit, the pool is closed, and guests should not enter. Anyone inside during closed hours will be asked to leave.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
