We’re bringing a little Milwaukee tailgate tradition to the waterfront! With Publix literally across the street, you can walk over for brats, burgers, beverages, and your favorite game-day essentials, then head home to fire up the grill. New to Milwaukee-style tailgating? We’ll show you how it’s done. The pregame deserves some attention, too!

YOUR WATERFRONT HOME BASE

The Seventh Inning Stretch is a three-story luxury waterfront home in Madeira Beach, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 14 guests.

Two large balconies offer beautiful water views and spectacular sunsets. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the water, take an afternoon break in the Florida sunshine, or settle in for an evening spent reliving the biggest plays of the game.

Inside, stylish, comfortable furnishings and thoughtfully chosen accessories create an inviting place to unwind. Enjoy meals together, gather for the big game, and make yourself at home between adventures.

Whether everyone in your group lives for baseball or a few are mostly here for the beach and sunshine, this is a getaway the whole crew can enjoy.

Pick up your favorites at Publix across the street, fire up the grill, and bring a little ballpark spirit to your waterfront afternoon. Brats, burgers, team jerseys, and good company—now that’s a proper warm-up for the first pitch.

Enjoy the excitement with your group, then trade the game-day chatter for a quiet moment overlooking the water. That’s the beauty of The Seventh Inning Stretch: you can bring the energy and still find time to relax.

POOL TIME & WATERFRONT RELAXATION

The heated waterfront pool offers a relaxing place to recharge and can reach spa-like temperatures. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the water or unwind by the dock and take in the view.

With outdoor spaces for grilling and relaxing, plus two spacious balconies, there are plenty of reasons to leave some room in your itinerary for simply enjoying the home.

An elevator adds convenience when moving between the home’s three floors, and the primary bathroom features a jetted bathtub and separate shower.

ROOM FOR YOUR CREW

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms accommodate groups of up to 14 guests.

BEDROOM ARRANGEMENTS
- Primary bedroom: one king bed and one queen bed
- Third-floor bedroom: one queen bed and two twin beds
- Additional third-floor bedroom: one queen bed
- Second-floor bedroom: one king bed

A kitchen and separate dining area make shared meals easy, while a washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

The home is pet friendly, too. Please include your pet in your booking inquiry so we can review the applicable arrangements.

GROCERIES, DINING & ENTERTAINMENT CLOSE BY

Publix is literally across the street, making it easy to stock up for breakfast, grab cookout supplies, or pick up those last-minute game-day snacks.

Restaurants and entertainment are also within walking distance, so heading out for a meal can be just as easy as staying in.

Forgot the mustard for the brats? No problem. That’s one of the perks of this location.

BEACH DAYS ARE CLOSE BY

The beautiful white sands of Madeira Beach are approximately one mile away—a healthy walk or about a two-minute Uber ride.

Spend the afternoon with your toes in the sand, then head home for a waterfront cookout and baseball. Your World Series getaway can come with a beach vacation built right in.

John’s Pass Village is also just minutes away, offering dining, shopping, and plenty of coastal character. Explore the area, discover a new favorite restaurant, and enjoy everything that makes a Florida escape special.
