We have wonderful neighbors, so noise should be kept at a reasonable volume after 10pm and before 8am.

Great affordable place in the middle of the Johns Pass action

This place was a perfect location for going deep sea fishing at Johns Pass with a parking spot to not have to worry about that. Very peaceful setting with a patio right out back to the intercostal! Close to the mix and far enough away to enjoy the quiet!

Great little gem!

Absolutely loved this little cottage. Right on the water and super close to everything on John’s Pass. Will be coming back.
