440 West Condos 1005-N Private Balcony with Water View

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Due to ongoing building construction, the balcony may be temporarily closed and unusable during your stay. It will be boarded approximately 4–5 feet high, meaning you’ll still be able to see out through the upper portion of the door and enjoy the view, but access to the balcony itself may not be permitted. The building pool is now open and available for guest use; however, the gym and other association amenities may still be out of order. If parking at the building is full, overflow parking is available for guests at 440 through The Edge Hotel. Please note that construction may result in occasional noise and visual disruptions. All guests will be required to sign an acknowledgment confirming awareness of these conditions prior to arrival. Step into our incredible 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the 10th floor of 440 West building. With a sparkling view across to Clewarwter's beautiful Gulf Coast, you'll be able to enjoy watching dolphins swim by or take in some sunbathing time at your own leisure while listening out for waves crashing against rocks below! The expansive pool deck offers everything from deck chairs and shuffleboard, so it is perfect whether there are just two guests looking after themselves when they visit family over holiday periods.

Our condo is approximately 1265 square feet, with the master suite having its own private bathroom. The large open-plan kitchen and living room are perfect for socializing and spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes all of the necessary utensils and appliances that you would need to self-cater during your stay.

The 440 West building has so much on offer for guests! In addition to the amenities already mentioned, there is also a fitness center, games room, and business center. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to things to do here!

On suite bathroom has a vanity area separate from the bathroom and floor-to-ceiling tile in the standup shower.
