Welcome to 3 Palms Retreat, a beautifully designed beachfront vacation rental in Indian Rocks Beach offered by Beach Time Rentals. This expansive Gulf-front retreat combines a private main house with a beachfront duplex, offering seven bedrooms, four bathrooms and comfortable accommodations for up to 16 guests.



With private beach access, spacious shared areas and separate accommodations within one property, 3 Palms Retreat is an excellent choice for family reunions, multi-family vacations and group beach getaways on Florida’s Gulf Coast.



Gulf-Front Duplex Accommodations



The beachfront duplex includes two adjacent 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottages, offering more than 2,000 square feet of combined living space. Each unit features:

Each kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a smooth-top stove, dining furniture and the cookware and utensils needed for anything from casual meals to family dinners.



In each duplex unit, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and ocean views, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds. Together, the duplex provides four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The private main house offers approximately 1,500 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.



Each bedroom features a king-size bed, creating a comfortable setup for adult guests, couples or families. The main house also includes a kitchen, dining area and living area, giving your group additional space to gather, relax and enjoy time together.

Idyllic beach house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed 3 Palms Retreat last week as we celebrated our daughters beach wedding. The location of being so close to the beach and the relaxing deck to watch the sunsets were so appreciated with our young families. The tasty decor of the 3 units,cleanliness, and comfy beds were a real plus. Also the convenience of bakery and bar grille in next block were utilized and very yummy. A great set up for 3 individual families /groups.

Beautiful setting with easy access to the beach and shopping. Wonderful to have 3 refrigerators as we like to cook and eat in most of the time although the kitchens had only small and medium sized pots and pans. No TVs in any of bedrooms which we thought was unusual but ended up working out fine.
